Wireless Edge 6 month extension: TA Smith says this is for the proposed cell tower on Town Farm Road. The current due diligence period expires in August. TA Smith spoke to Jon Arthur with Wireless Edge and felt there should be a condition with this extension that they must file with ZBA within 45 days. Selectman Hall said he is happy to grant the extension, there had been little to no movement for a while at no fault of the BOS, the town or Wireless Edge. Selectman Limanek questions when the current contract expires, TA Smith replies August 2, 2016. Jesse states he has no issue extending the window to put all the moving pieces in place. Selectman Kenney likes the 45 day deadline as it holds their feet to the fire but this shows they are making progress moving forward. Acting Chair Maynard asks if the road way plan
is all set, TA Smith reviews with the BOS the original plan that showed a 6 acre parcel with a 50 foot right of way (like a retreat lot). The Whittier’s and John Arthur have agreed to change the access road to a gravel road alongside the barn, this allows planting in the field. We should be seeing the executed easement shortly. Selectman Kenney motions to extend the due diligence period for an additional 6 months with Wireless Edge for the proposed cell tower at Town Farm Road Selectman Limanek seconds passes 4-0
